Where to begin? Staff here is very professional, but not snooty-professional; you get treated as a human. Lobby/waiting area had plenty of room and seats. There was even a room with counter space and outlets. Outlets are always a plus! Complimentary coffee and water made the wait time bearable. If you make an appointment, the wait time is to a minimum. Be prepared to make an appointment and take your car another day. As for the work done on my vehicle, so far so good. My steering wheel doesn’t shake anymore, and I feel safer in my car. Highly recommended!

Monday morning and my car won’t start to get me to work so Lyft for the save. I spent most of Monday morning researching what could be wrong with it based on the symptoms I had observed to that point. I assessed it was likely something wrong with the battery charging system and my fear was the alternator needed to be replaced. I started calling places closer to where I lived asking for quotes to replace the alternator. After placing a few of these calls, I went back to Jeffrey’s. Not only was their quote significantly less, but their fee to look at it and assess the problem was less. The money to tow it over there was well worth it. I dropped it off Monday night and by Tuesday morning, within an hour of them opening, they already had the issue identified and fixed. To my great surprised it was a minor issue. Instead of a $600+ repair bill it came out to about $40. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, as many before have, but they chose integrity! I will not waste my time calling other places in the future and will continue taking my cars back to Jeffrey’s long into the future. This is a great shop with knowledgeable and honest people. I have been to Jeffery’s several times. Have found they are very honest. If it is something they feel they can’t fix they tell you. They don’t try and then tell you and charge you. My latest experience was no different. I had a noise coming from right rear which I tried to find with no luck. They replaced parts and checked other parts they thought could be making the sound. The sound was still there. Instead of charging me, they removed the new parts they installed and put the original parts back on. Did all this at no charge. As most of no finding a noise is difficult. They tried, no luck, and no charges to me. I will continue to go to Jeffery’s.

We have had our vehicle in the shop at Jeffrey’s Automotive quite frequently as of late. Inevitably, when something can go wrong, it will go wrong. Especially with vehicles. Jeffrey’s Automotive has been professional, courteous as well as timely in their work. The pricing has been fair for all the work that has been completed. One downfall to our service at Jeffrey’s, (which was made right by the staff) was our vehicle was involved in a collision while under the care of the technician at Jeffrey’s. Our car was in the shop for a radiator replacement and was hit by another customer when the technician was test driving the vehicle after completing the work. While this was not something we wanted to hear or experience, the staff made it right. The staff handled the insurance claim, repaired the vehicle in their body shop, provided us a rental during the repair process and was very informative with the update process. We received a call daily detailing the progress that had been completed as well as the next steps. Jeffrey’s automotive has been in business for over 30 years and this is a testament to how they have maintained their presence in the area for so long. I just purchased 4 new tires from Discount and they gave me a card from Jeffery’s to get a front end alignment. They checked my car and told me I didn’t need an alignment as I was still in the green zone. They didn’t charge me for checking my car. This is the most professional and honest place to get your car repaired. They actually fix the car, not just replace parts hoping that it will work like other places. I had some belt squealing and they found the belt was just loose and adjusted it correctly. Said my belt looked really good and didn’t need replacing. Top notch service! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting the best experience. I usually get my car oil changes elsewhere and that place said I needed 4 additional maintenance services. I checked with Jeffrey’s and they checked the carfax details and let me know 2 of the 4 were already completed and not needed. I had a radiator replaced and the quote was way less than I expected after getting guesstimates from other shops. Had a battery issue in another vehicle and they’re getting me the right battery at a better price. Previous 2 batteries from Walmart were problematic and the one from O’Reilly’s was overpriced and not what is needed from my model. It’s like going to your regular doctor that has all your history instead of going to all these other places that seem to make things worse and more expensive. I’ll be taking my vehicle to Jeffrey’s for ALL my automotive needs!

First class establishment all the way..!! I was a 1st time walk-in customer that needed a front end alignment and I talked to David and Tony over the phone beforehand. We set up an appointment for the next day which I got there early and they took me in early. After putting in some extra effort the FE Tech did a fine job setting everything straight. I had purchased 4 new tires from Discount Tires of Roanoke in December 2022 and another shop ripped me off by not doing wheel alignment correctly. Had to go back to Discount Tires to buy new tires and and they recommended Jeffrey’s Automotive. Called AAA and they also gave their approval. I had Jeffrey’s Automotive check my engine head for a hairline crack (none found) and check the engine overall. The radiator was rusty and heater core leaking. Jeffrey’s flushed and cleaned the entire radiator system with new hoses, heater core and fluid. I’m very happy with the work done on my Ford F-150 Lariat Supercrew. I will come back to Jeffrey’s Automotive for any major repairs. Fast and friendly service. I came back for warranty work on my cooling system. They replaced the thermostat and radiator at no charge. Great and timely experience! Got me in fairly quick and fixed much faster than I expected – within the same week when I was expecting at least a week and a half or more. They really are a full circle complete auto care business AND they work on manual transmissions (yes, there are transmission shops around that don’t do manuals…which my car is ) they actually took the time to listen to me and my probably ridiculous way of explaining the noises and what was happening, diagnosing, and actually fixing it. They answered all of my questions with no issues and the prices weren’t outrageous. Great and friendly service managers and great techs. They did have a little oops moment and my check engine light wasn’t reset but they took it straight back to double check why it was still on when I ran back in to ask about it and I was squared away within minutes.
